This quiz will help you:

  • See how aligned you are with your North Star

  • Identify areas where you may be drifting

  • Highlight the next steps to reconnect with what truly matters

Answer honestly, trust your instincts, and see where you stand. Your results may surprise you and guide you toward a clearer, more purpose-driven path. Pay attention to what sparks a jolt of truth.

Chasing goals can feel like running on a treadmill: lots of motion, little forward momentum. What if the reason you’re stuck isn’t that you’re lazy or unmotivated—but that your goals aren’t anchored in your true “why”?

Instructions

For each statement, select the option that best reflects your current experience. Score each question 1–4 points:

1 = Rarely | 2 = Sometimes | 3 = Often | 4 = Almost Always

  3. I have a sense of balance between work, play, and personal well-being.

Emotional Clarity & Self-Awareness

  1. I can identify when fear, perfectionism, or comparison is influencing my choices.

  2. I regularly take time to reflect, reset, and reconnect with my “why.”

15–29 = Minimal Alignment

30–44 = Low Alignment

45–59 = Moderate Alignment

60–75 = High Alignment

Result Write-Ups

High Alignment (60–75)Congratulations! You are operating in sync with your North Star. You make choices with clarity, handle setbacks with resilience, and find fulfillment in your actions. Keep your North Star visible in daily decisions and continue to reflect occasionally to stay sharp.

Moderate Alignment (45–59)You’re on the path, but there’s room to strengthen your connection to your North Star. Identify moments when distractions pull you away and explore what core values you might be overlooking. Coaching, journaling, or structured reflection can help solidify your purpose.

Low Alignment (30–44)Right now, your North Star is blurry or underutilized. You may be reactive, chasing goals or external expectations without deeper motivation. Start by clarifying what truly matters to you your relationships, passions, and personal growth. Begin small with reflection exercises or working with a mentor.

Minimal Alignment (15–29)You’re feeling disconnected and reactive. Life may feel scattered, frustrating, or unfulfilling. This is the perfect time to pause and discover your North Star. Start with quiet reflection, guided exercises, or coaching to uncover what matters most, settle things down and anchor your life in purpose.
